Delivery Information
Intraoral Scanners Direct will endeavour to meet any delivery date quoted, but delivery dates are given and intended as an estimate only. If there are any circumstances whatsoever which prevent or delay delivery, Intraoral Scanners Direct shall not be bound to supply or make delivery of any goods ordered nor shall it be liable for any damage or consequential loss or in any other way for failure to supply or delay in delivery when so prevented or delayed.
Whilst we endeavour to ship all items for next day delivery as standard, there will be exceptions where an item is out of stock or if an item is made to order. You will be notified by email at our earliest opportunity if an item on your order is out of stock, and we will provide a due date for the stock to be delivered to you.
For delivery costs, please contact the Intraoral Scanners Direct sales office or see the current price list with delivery details. All goods must be inspected immediately on arrival. Under no circumstances shall Intraoral Scanners Direct be liable for damage to or from a customer unless we are notified within three days of receipt of the goods, or in the case of non-delivery unless notice is given within seven days of the due date of arrival.
Next Day Delivery
Next day delivery is available to call customers who place an order before 4pm.

Returned Goods / Refunds
Returns or refunds are not accepted where items have been used or opened. Or if the items remain unused but have been in the Buyer’s possession for a period exceeding 14 days.
A return will only be accepted if the Equipment has a mechanical fault present at the time of sale that prevents it from functioning as intended.
Any claim for a return due to a mechanical fault must be submitted in writing within 7 days of delivery or collection.
The Seller reserves the right to inspect or test the Equipment before approving any return or replacement.
Warranty
The Equipment is covered for mechanical faults present at the time of sale for a period of 2 years. This warranty does not provide instant replacement; any faulty items may be subject to repair or replacement at the Seller’s discretion.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, wear and tear, or unauthorised repairs.
Any further warranty is provided directly by the manufacturer and should be claimed through them.
Liability
The Seller is not liable for any indirect losses, loss of business, or consequential damages arising from the Buyer’s use of the Equipment.
It is the Buyer’s responsibility to ensure the Equipment is installed, operated, and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and relevant regulations.
Orders for products of a Special-Order nature that are not regular stock lines cannot be returned if supplied correctly.
Refunds will not be issued without the prior agreement of Intraoral Scanners Direct.
